Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Superday, a practice tool where an AI interviewer runs mock interviews for college recruiting and an AI tutor teaches from your class materials. They also cover a screening interview an employer invites you to take on Superday. By creating an account you agree to them. The Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data.

Who can use Superday

  • You must be 18 or older and a college student. Superday isn't for high school students or anyone younger.
  • One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Some features may need a verified school email.
  • During the beta, you may need an invite to use Superday. Invite codes are for the person they were sent to unless we say a code is for a group. We can end the beta or change who gets in at any time.

Practice only

Superday is for preparing before an interview. Apart from an employer screening taken on Superday itself (see below), you may not use it during a real interview, exam, assessment or any other live evaluation, to listen in, or to feed you answers. It has no stealth mode, overlay or second-device helper, and trying to use it that way breaks these terms. We may close accounts that do.

The interviewer is an AI

  • Every interviewer, panelist and coffee chat persona is an AI simulation. Personas are fictional composites, not real people.
  • Where Superday describes a firm's or club's interviews, it describes typical formats, not what any one interviewer will do. Clubs, firms and universities don't run Superday and haven't endorsed it.
  • AI feedback and scores can be wrong. The interviewer is built to name your mistakes plainly rather than flatter you, but it is still a model. If a message looks wrong, use Report a problem so we can review it.

Lessons

Lessons are study material for interviews. We check them, but they can contain mistakes, and they aren't financial, investment or career advice.

The tutor

  • Upload only material you're allowed to use for your own study, such as your notes or what your class gave you. Other students never see it.
  • The tutor can misread your material or get things wrong. Check anything that matters against your class, and ask your instructor when the two disagree.
  • It is study help. Don't use it during an exam, quiz or graded assignment, or to write work you hand in as your own, unless your class allows it.

Employer screenings

  • If an employer invites you to a screening, that call is a real first-round interview for that employer, not practice. The employer decides what happens next, not Superday.
  • Take it yourself, in your own words, without outside help the employer hasn't allowed. Each invite allows one call.
  • The AI scores your answers and gives the employer a recommendation. These can be wrong. The recommendation doesn't decide anything: only a person at the employer can record a decision. What the employer sees is set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • If you need an accommodation, ask the employer before you start.

No guarantee of outcomes

Practice can help, but we don't promise that you'll get into a club, receive an offer or pass any interview. Scores are feedback on a practice session, not a prediction of how a real interviewer will judge you. XP, levels, streaks and mastery track how much you've practiced; they don't mean you're ready.

Plans and payment

  • The free plan includes 2 calls a month, each up to 15 minutes.
  • The Season pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It lasts 120 days from the day you buy it and doesn't renew. Buying another while one is active adds 120 days after the current pass ends. It includes unlimited calls up to 45 minutes each, with a fair-use cap of 30 voice hours over the pass.
  • A beta invite may come with a free Season pass for the number of days it states. It doesn't renew and has no cash value.
  • You pay the price shown at checkout. Stripe processes the payment; we never see your full card number.
  • Refunds are handled by hand. Email us at hello@superday.app. A refunded pass ends when the refund is issued.

Acceptable use

When you use Superday, don't:

  • share, sell or resell your account or access to it;
  • upload material you don't have the right to share, including a club's or firm's confidential case documents;
  • enter information about other people beyond what you need for your own practice, such as notes on a contact you met;
  • try to get the AI to reveal its instructions, produce harmful content, or ignore these rules;
  • scrape, overload, probe or attack the service, or get around usage limits;
  • harass anyone or use Superday for anything illegal.

Your content

What you upload or say stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Superday for you: to hold the call, score it, tutor you from your materials, show you your history, and review calls for quality. For an employer screening you take, you also let us share the results with that employer. We don't sell it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

The service as it is

Superday is an early product. It may change, have downtime or make mistakes, and we provide it as it is, without promises beyond the ones in these terms. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We'll post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies to you.
